Our Pet Policy
Up to 2 pets may be allowed in an apartment. Pets may not exceed 70 pounds and two pets should not exceed a combined weight of 140 pounds.
Pet Deposits are required.
One pet is a $500 deposit with $250 non-refundable.
Two pets are a $700 deposit with $350 non-refundable.
These are in addition to a monthly $25 pet rent per pet.
*Breed, size, and weight limitations and fee and deposit requiremnts do not apply to assistance animals. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws. We will consider any request for reasonable accommodations..
